This was a great experience all around!! I requested a quote online on the weekend and almost immediately got a call to set up an appointment for first thing in the morning. Tim showed up early and even sent a text saying he was stuck in some morning rush hour traffic. Tim was great at explaining the issue with our water heater and put together a reasonable quote for a replacement and installation. Tim was then quick to get the new appliance and install it. We ran into a small snag with the electrical outlet and Tim went out of his way to connect us with an electrician who could fix it same day. He also left us with an extension cord so that we could have hot water until the electrical repair was finished. The whole team at Purpose Plumbing were honest, quick to respond and help, and had great customer service. We would absolutely use Purpose Plumbing and Tim again for future needs!

I had a cracked line in my sprinkler system and the contractor called Pink Plumbing to come and fix it. Tim from Purpose showed up exactly on time, was extremely professional and went out his way to make sure not only everything was fixed but took time to explain what he was doing. Tim was absolutely awesome to work with!

Purpose Plumbing was recommended to us by Majestic Kitchen and Bath Creations in Awendaw. Louis and Mike just finished a two stop job, disconnecting the water supply and then installing our new faucet and disposer. We decided also to accomplish a long delayed project of replacing our Hot Water Heater. We called them last minute when we realized that the counter top installers needed the old faucets disconnected before they arrived. Purpose Plumbers accommodated us the same day and returned 2 days later for all of the installations. I cannot recommend them enough. Very professional, friendly, great work ethic and timely! Louis does both the estimates and the work so there is no miscommunication on the job. He promises and he delivers! Another note, I appreciated that their recommendations on the quality of our initial disposer choice, it was a brand with plastic parts. We switched it to a brand with brass parts that was, of course, a much better quality choice, phew! Only a plumber knows for sure!

I noticed the Purpose Plumbing Van while on the road this morning. A friend had just asked me if I knew of a plumber. Not even an hour later, we had a leak coming from upstairs. I called the number and was given a time that someone would be at the house. Louis came early and was very professional. He found the problem, and explained everything to us. I asked about the pink ribbon on the van, and he explained that they donate to Breast Cancer and Childhood Cancer. We have definitely found our Plumber!!

I went on Angie's List to look for A good Plumber with Good Reviews in My Area in West Ashley It gave me (4) & the 2nd One was Purpose Plumbing. I called & spoke with Jamie. She said The Plumber will call Today before Arriving & Louis Called & Said he will be there in 20 minutes. Already I'd like him for his mannerism over the phone! He came & fix my Bubbling Valve .. Flush toilet over & over & Made sure toilet wasn't REFILLING ON IT'S OWN!! It's Rare to find someone (In Maintenance) who listens to what Your Problem Is .. Other than telling you what needs to be done!!

This company gets a 10/10 for me! They were responsive and quick when making an appointment and help me partner with a contracting company to get my cabinet removed on the same day! They were also super friendly! When it came down to getting the job done, I basically blinked and they were done! Everything has been working PERFECTLY too since this happened. Purpose Plumbing is the bomb! I had a little leak in my guest bath toilet. I booked a Saturday appointment. Mike was my plumber. He was very knowledgeable and timely. He knew the exact issue and had everything on his truck to make the repair. The pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely use them for my next plumbing need.

I'm a paraplegic and can't do things like I use to. I was a contractor and a "flipper" before I was injured. I'm experienced in plumbing and electrical but in my condition I've been ripped off by many contactors at our rental properties. Mike with Pink did a good job. Price was fair and fast service. I will use them now for all my plumbing needs going forward. Can't miss their trucks either. ;)
